Can't say enough positive things about Amy. After we contacted her to sell our house, she was effective in taking over all aspects of marketing. She recommended the right price point, developed the right marketing collateral, got the right staging, encouraged the right cosmetic fixes. We had something like seven offers that first weekend. Now, my house was pretty nice, but demand that thick has everything to do with getting all the elements of marketing on-point. Last thing. Several of the offers were similar, but Amy had good insight into which had the lowest risk, given her expectation about a possible difference between the appraisal and the offers. Her recommendation there was also correct, because the appraisal came back almost exactly where she thought it might. But because we accepted the right offer, the deal was not delayed or derailed.
